We've heard so much in the media about this being a bad time to buy or sell property, what do you think?

In my opinion this is a GREAT time to buy a home! Interest rates are as good as we have seen them in years and sellers are ready to make deals. For qualified buyers the market is quite ROSY.

Take advantage of this before everyone realizes that the market is good in Knoxville. Sellers don't panic! If you price your property competitively and prepare your home for the market place, it will sell! Market time may be a little longer than nomal, but there are qualified buyers out there!

My wife and I are thinking about selling our house. No house in our neighborhood is like this one. We have a larger home on a larger lot, with a lot of upgrades. How can we find out what we would be able to sell our house for?

If you have something special to offer, let everyone know it! People like unique qualities in a home. Paint a picture in your marketing that will draw buyers to your home. Choose an agent that appreciates and understands these things and knows how to market them.
