Pam is a Knoxville native, born and raised in the city she loves. You could also say she was born to help people buy and sell homes! Pam’s grandmother was one of the first women Realtors in Knoxville and her father has been a long-time Real Estate Appraiser.
Pam graduated from Pellissippi State Technical Community College in 2006 with an Associates of Applied Science Degree in E-Commerce/Marketing. She became a licensed Affiliate Broker with Wood Realtors in 2006 and is a member of the Local, State and National Boards of REALTORS®. She is also a certified “Historic Homes Specialist”. In 2013, Pam earned her certification with the state of Tennessee as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and has her appraiser’s license affiliated with her father’s company. This additional education and experience broadens her abilities and gives her a depth of knowledge beyond most agents in the marketplace.
Over the years Pam has had a variety of clients from investors to first-time home buyers as well as settling estates for families. She has a passion for houses and takes great pride in keeping up with local and national real estate trends. She feels strongly that staying up to date is the best way she can help people accomplish their dreams. She is very driven, and loves to share her own personal motto with her clients, which is…”It’s a Dunn Deal”.
When she is not showing houses, Pam enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and two dogs, a golden retriever and an English springer spaniel. She also enjoys fishing and spending time in the mountains.
