Bonnie loves the excitement of real estate and shares that enthusiasm when dealing with her clients. She obtained her real estate license in 1988. Although real estate has been a big part of her life, her specialization is in equestrian properties. Bonnie currently owns several American Quarter horses and is familiar with the unique needs of horse owners. Whether it’s a small tract of land or an equestrian estate, Bonnie can find that perfect property to suit the needs of horse enthusiasts.
Along with many years experience in new home sales, Bonnie has also supervised the building of new homes as well as the restoration of historic homes. In addition to exploring architecture in Europe, she has earned her accreditation as a “Historic Home Specialist” through Knox Heritage. Bonnie is knowledgeable about historic home architectural styles, neighborhood design guidelines, national and local register listings, and resources for restoration and repairs.
As a graduate of the University of Tennessee, with a Master’s Degree in Education, Bonnie is proud to call East Tennessee home.
