Pamela Dunn

Pamela was born and raised in South Knoxville. She graduated Pellissippi State Technical Community College with an Associates Degree of Applied Science, majoring in Marketing. She has over 5 years experience in marketing, sales and client services.

Due to the emerging trend in revitalization and in particular the buying and selling of historic homes, Pamela earned her accreditation through Knox Heritage as a Historic Home Specialist. Pamela is knowledgeable about historic home architectural styles, neighborhood design guidelines, national and local register listings, archaeology, existing preservation tools, and resources for restoration and repairs. She has meet citizens who live in particular historic zones in Knoxville, and can obtain information for her clients about historic neighborhoods and all they have to offer.

Pamela prides herself in being enthusiastic and keeps herself up to date about all new listings in the area as soon as they come onto the market. Pamela also loves restorations of homes and in fact, works with several loyal clients who ask her to assist them in the search for "rehab" properties.
