Bonnie Swain

Bonnie graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Tennessee.  She went on to obtain her Masters of Science Degree in Education also at UT.  Before leaving the field of teaching Bonnie was named in the Who’s Who of American Teachers.

Bonnie loves the excitement of real estate and shares that enthusiasm when dealing with her clients.  She is the exclusive agent for The Big South Fork Airpark - a fly-in community North of Knoxville that caters to aviation enthusiasts and horse lovers. (See more about BSFA under the "Current Events" section of our home page.) Bonnie is a member of the American Quarter Horse Association.

Although Bonnie has experience in new home sales and personal experience in supervising the building of her own home, she also loves historical buildings. She earned her accreditation as a Historic Home Specialist through the Knox Heritage. Bonnie is knowledgeable about historic home architectural styles, neighborhood design guidelines, national and local register listings, archaeology, existing preservation tools and resources for restoration and repairs.

Bonnie is active in the community and attends real estate related conferences so that she is able to keep her clients up to date on the latest trends in Knoxville.
