Patrick Michael
Patrick graduated from Brevard College in North Carolina with an Associates of Art Degree. He obtained his Bachelors of Science Degree, majoring in Mass Communication continued on to obtain his Masters of Science Degree, majoring in Communications and Marketing from the University of Tennessee. Patrick has been in the real estate industry for 10 years and is a designated Accredited Buyer Representative. Awarded by the National Association of Realtors, Patrick has additional education in negotiations and can educate his clients about the special advantages of buyer representation, from the buyers and sellers perspectives. He is a buyer’s advocate who will analyze your real estate needs and provide you with information that will assist you in making good choices for your upcoming property purchase. That information consists of mortgage services available to you, allowing you to compare interest rates and local neighborhood market trends that will help you decide in the most reasonable price to offer a seller for his property. Patrick will help you develop a strategy to present an offer to purchase a home, and negotiate the offer in your best interest on terms most favourable to you.
A true testament to Patrick’s abilities and attributes is the referral and return client based business he has built over the decade that he has served as an Affiliate Broker. Patrick has many interests to balance his busy career. His interests include the Dogwood Arts Festival, Historic Candoro Marble Company, Knox Heritage and he loves Metal Cabinets produced by “Youngstown Kitchen” in the 1950’s.
