Bill has over 19 years of experience in assisting his clients with the purchase or sale of their homes. Bill has been nominated and awarded numerous times for the “Award of Excellence” achievement by the Knoxville Association of Realtors. The nomination must be made by the members Broker. The “Award of Excellence” honors members who achieve certain and specific high standards of qualification. The total volume of sales transactions made by that particular member must meet or exceed Association requirements. The process is complicated, requiring members to submit accepted documentation as evidence of their achievements in the real estate industry.
Bill is one of WOOD Realtors® top producers. Always dependable and hard working Bill provides excellent service, which is reflected in his referral and return client base. He is generous by nature, and always available to assist our junior family members in sharing his knowledge in any real estate matter.
Despite his busy real estate career, Bill enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and is an avid fisherman.
